Description:

This is a very special safari designed to allow you to spend most of your time in the Serengeti National Park, following one of nature’s most extraordinary spectacles the Great Wildebeest Migration. You will enjoy at least five nights in the Serengeti, typically spending two nights in the Central Serengeti, an area renowned for its high concentration of big cats, and three nights in the Northern Serengeti, where the migration can be found depending on the time of year.

This carefully planned itinerary offers an excellent opportunity to witness the dramatic river crossings, which usually begin from July as vast wildebeest herds move north through the Lobo, Wagakuria, and Nyamalumbwa plains on their journey toward the Maasai Mara Game Reserve. In October, the herds begin their return south, passing once again through the Lobo area toward the Central Serengeti.

Your safari adventure begins in Tarangire National Park, famously known as the “Elephants’ Paradise,” before continuing to Lake Manyara National Park, home to the unique tree-climbing lions. You will then explore the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, considered one of the natural wonders of the world, before concluding your journey in the legendary Serengeti National Park.
